With over 30 years of experience in telecommunications engineering and operations, David currently serves as Head of Field Operations at Optus. His vast expertise in shaping national strategies, managing critical infrastructure, and leading disaster response efforts will be a tremendous asset to CIN as we continue advancing connectivity innovation.
